Our two bedroom apartment offers a full bath, partial kitchen, dining and living room areas. Our hospitality includes communication, conversation and privacy.

Enjoy the sunrise over a horse pasture, the sounds of nature, and the brightest stars in Virginia. Our Non-Functioning Family Farm is on the side of a mountain with fresh spring water. On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

We live on the premises and enjoy sharing our home with families with kids, friends reuniting, and large groups. You’ll love my place because of its private location, great accommodations and lots of entertainment options. We serve breakfast for an additional $15/person/night for the total number of guests with at least 24 hours notice. Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are all within two miles. Liberty University is 15 minutes away. Randolph and Lynchburg University is 10 minutes.

Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Lynchburg B&B Apt: Breakfast + Space for 7

Acorn Hill in Lynchburg, Virginia, has an apartment which was built to accommodate larger groups and families. It is located next to our main lodge and on is the top floor of our Spa & Salon with a private entrance in the back. Small dogs welcome, additional fees apply (typically $25 per day per pet; discounts may be available for longer stays). All stays come with a made to order breakfast in our restaurant, the Bistro, located inside the main lodge.
