You'll love this little beach house/dupIex. Available is the top level, which is the original house. (Owner has downstairs unit and will be there at times.) It's not large but definitely comfortable for four adults and decorated in mid century style. Its 5 minutes walk to water and General Store. Free wifi and streaming services. It has 2 comfortable queen beds. Up to 2 dogs allowed and the yard is securely fenced. You will see koalas and kangaroos in the vicinity. Kitchen is well equipped.

Situated on a quiet street in the heart of the Koala habitat, you are bound to see some of these on your trip. Kangaroos frequently visit, and if you are lucky, you may see Sugar Gliders. Only a short walk to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, fishing and enjoying the unique beauty of Amity.

Relax with the whole family at this air conditioned peaceful place to stay. Right in the centre of Amity Point, close to Amity Pavillon, general store & post office. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
