Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

It is located in the north area of Amsterdam. only 5 km van A'DAM Lookout, 8 km from Rembrandthuis en 8,1 km from Stopera. there is a nice view on the river and the small nature area at the back of the house and free WIFI.
