Een privé tuin staat tot u beschikking met uitzicht over de weilanden, de Broekervaart en aan de skyline ziet u Amsterdam. 2 fietsen staan gratis tot uw beschikking. De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.
