Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

At the heart of the hill in our town, we have created and decorated a unique stone-built masterpiece with a stunning 270° view. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and experience the most unique feeling of living in a mountain castle! The entire interior of the house is decorated by us, giving it a fairytale ambiance. It offers an unforgettable sight and experience themed around all four seasons. The pool can be heated or cooled for an additional charge, subject to agreement with the owner.
