The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Built as a writer's retreat, the Writer's Studio, sits in the grounds of a Georgian townhouse, in the heart of a traditional English village. Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

A one-bedroom, self-contained annexe that sleeps two in the beautiful Lincolnshire village of Scopwick. The property sits behind our house, separated by a courtyard garden and accessed by the side gate. The well-appointed property offers underfloor heating, dishwasher, microwave, Sky TV and WiFi. There is a single parking space on the drive for guests.

The Reading Room

A timber framed barn, formerly used as the village reading room and lodge for shooting parties. Converted in 2020 to offer a comfortable holiday stay. Located in the middle of the quiet village opposite the Green Man pub. Ideal for quiet weekends or longer stays to explore Lincoln and the surrounding countryside.
