Esta impresionante casa es original y tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Es una vivienda única por diseño de interiores; el edificio es antiguo del siglo XVI pero muy bien conservado y rehabilitado con gusto por lo moderno, y disfruta de un Jacuzzi interior en su apartamento y otro exterior que se alquila por días (opcional) con calentador de agua en el ático que permite darse un baño mirando al skyline de Córdoba. Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba; cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios y con 2 baños privados en suite cada uno, el principal con Jacuzzi e hidromasaje y cama king size de 180 cms* 200 cms. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con techos de 5 metros de altura y con los forjados de madera originales, chimenea eléctrica y cocina americana de diseño con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. El precio por día es de 60.00 € que serán abonados mediante tarjeta de crédito a su llegada al personal de nuestro equipo. Este apartamento cuenta con servicio de limpieza durante la estancia de los huéspedes incluido en el precio. No se permite fumar en ninguna de las instalaciones del apartamento, así como si nos informan de algún evento no autorizado procederemos a cobrar la fianza correspondiente y alertaremos a las autoridades de ello.

Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Por lo demás, podrá descansar en un remanso de paz. Se entrega con todos los amenities necesarios durante la estancia. así como menaje completo para cada huésped y ropa de cama de la mejor calidad para garantizar un descanso óptimo con estilo y confort. El espacio está adecuado con un espacio para trabajar con Wifi de alta velocidad, TV, aire acondicionado, calefacción durante el invierno y chimenea eléctrica. Este apartamento cuenta con servicio de limpieza durante la estancia de los huéspedes incluido en el precio.
