This 2 bed 1 bath stone haven is centrally located in north Knoxville, Fountain City and is close to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and shops. The guesthouse is stylishly decorated to preserve its original charm, has comfy beds, full sized appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Relax in our cozy North Knox home. A fully fenced backyard may be enjoyed by stepping out of the Sunroom. Located near Market Square, The University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium and the beautiful Smokey Mountains. This is a small home, ideal for 2-4. However, we do have extra beds, accommodating up to 8. Master - 1 King Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom Two - 2 Full Beds (sleeps 4) Living Room - 1 Twin Pullout Additional - 1 Twin Floor Mattress (It can be set up in the 2nd bedroom or the living room.)

The decor is fresh, young and comfortable! What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!
