Only minutes from Pine Dunes Golf Course, Neches River Run, Athens Diver Park, 5H Sports, New York Zipline and Lake Palestine! The place can get muddy or dusty (depending on conditions.) Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

The "Bunkhouse" is a modern, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, located on a 70 acre working cattle ranch. This beautiful rural setting welcomes you to a spacious rustic getaway; five miles from the "hustle and bustle" of Jacksonville, Texas. With slate floors, walk-in tiled showers a full kitchen with granite countertops the “Bunkhouse” offers “up- town” convenience in a relaxing get away! A large covered patio area provides outdoor space for dining and activities. Covered parking and trailer space!

Lake Front Getaway

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful lake front home. Pier has whips to secure your boat or jet skis. Cove is shallow enough for wading, swimming, or kayaking and located in a "NO Wake" Inlet so no worries about boat traffic. Fishing right off the pier is fun for the kids! Beautiful yard in which to play. We have, ping pong, puzzles, and board games available. Shop and dine locally or head over to Tyler (25 minute drive) to enjoy lots of great restaurants and live music.

The Lakeside Lodge

The Lakeside Lodge is a custom, hand-crafted home built three years ago with a family friendly atmosphere in mind. It sits on three acres on Lake Palestine and has plenty of lounging and dining areas on the wraparound porch. This is the perfect weekend retreat to make precious friend and family memories! The garage has been converted into a hangout area for the kids and has 4 single beds. The storage building is a converted room with 4 queen beds. Can't wait to host your family! -Chase

You will discover a new experience…fresh air, a beautiful hardwood forest, a small private lake, so quiet and peaceful with wildlife surrounding you, and of course, cardinals! You will be inside a gated community with private parking, a campfire area and a canoe. You may fish in the lake in front of the guest house, but it is strictly “catch and release”. Newly constructed. Now ready for guests!

Little House By the Lake

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY) This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SMOKE SENSITIVITY.

Our location is perfect for being close to town, but getting away from the city for a little bit of rest and relaxation. Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful cottage. Enjoy the well appointed, mostly secluded, home amid the trees. Visit in surrounding areas for antiquing, festivals, fishing, drive through safari and holiday activities. Miniature donkeys can be heard braying. 1 to 2 Small to medium size dogs welcome. Comfortable for 5 persons although 6 persons can fit. No fencing on property and the Kayak is just for decoration. Insurance stays welcome
