Pretty thatched, historic Cottage in an ANOB area

The cottage is a lovely grade II, listed, historic, thatched cottage. It's in a conservation area which is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of great local country walks. It’s also a central base to visit all that Dorset has to offer; from beaches and beauty spots to country towns. The Crown pub is in the centre of the village, only 5 minutes walk away. Our Sports and Social Club has a a bar and play equipment. It is on the left at the north end of the village

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

The Little Barn is a 200 year old, thatched, cob cottage. It is a self-contained studio guest room with an entrance in the garden of the main house. It is perfect for a couple using the comfortable king-sized bed. It is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with modern fittings, including a cleverly fitted kitchenette. This picturesque cottage is located in the quiet, rural setting of Shitterton, in the village of Bere Regis, Dorset. We are within easy reach of Dorset's many attractions.

The Farmhouse has been newly refurbished with a new Kitchen and Bathroom Suites. With 4 large bedrooms the Farmhouse Accommodates 8 people. The spacious Lounge leads out onto the Flagstone Patio and Floral Garden, including a BBQ and outside Seating. Private and charming, nestled in a family Estate in Dorset. The cottage sits behind the main family house and is accessed through the long private drive through the deer park. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and snug room to cosy up around the log burner or watch a film. Immediately outside the cottage is a secluded and fenced garden, complete with a hot tub and the sounds of birds. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads in fields with farm animals.
