"Li Saccuddi - Villetta Belvedere"

This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

Graziosa casetta nel verde degli ulivi con ampi terrazzi vista mare. Dispone di parcheggio ed accesso privati al mare. Ideale per una vacanza in Salento, dove poter godere del mare e del sole. A meno di 1km dall'insenatura Acquaviva, gioiello della marina di Marittima e dai luoghi di maggiore interesse del Salento come Castro, Otranto e S.M.di Leuca. Si accede con una scalinata privata e gode di ingresso autonomo e spazi riservati. Doccia esterna con acqua calda, biancheria. Non ammessi animali.

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

Bungalow immerso nel verde della campagna Salentina, a soli 5 km dal mare, fa parte di Casale Eliàdos. Eliàdos è composto da una struttura principale e 4 bungalow indipendenti vicini. Tutto è stato costruito rispettando la bioarchitettura. Oltre al bungalow sono disponibili spazi comuni tra cui piscina, forno, barbeque, spazi all'aperto e tanto altro. La tenuta di un ettaro di ulivi è situata fra i borghi dell'entroterra salentino, a 5 km da Castro e a pochi km da Otranto, Leuca e Pescoluse.
