Salamonie State Property surrounds the Carriage House on three sides which means, this is all public land for you to explore! The Carriage House shares five acres with our residence. The Carriage House has loads of rustic charm, however, the modern amenities will keep you comfortable! Pool House On The Lake

The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

The Hopewell House

Hopewell House is a gorgeous property in Lagro, IN. A perfect place for a family gathering, long weekend, or a place to unplug! This 1880s home has been restored to its original glory with original wood floors, trim and brick interior. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a finished basement and finished attic with a 6th bed and provides space for 12-16 guests. The home features spacious rooms with 10 foot ceilings new bathrooms and has been completely remodeled. It’s a new house in an old shell!
