Our home is nestled in-between 2 beautiful creeks in the great smoky mountains! The kitchen, dining, and living room have an open floor plan where family and friends can gather all together! The wrap around deck takes you to the beautiful back porch where the larger creek splits and flows down both sides of the house. Enjoy a picnic, listen to the soothing sounds of the creeks while laying in the hammock, have s'more fun by the fire pit! Come raft, ride, relax, hike, explore, and so much more!

This relaxing mountain cottage has great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy a peaceful getaway. The 3 bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk bed (full, twin). There is a large wrap-around porch with nature and mountain views. The house is child proof with a dedicated children's room with toys. The cottage has internet access and 3 Roku TVs for accessing streaming services. It is conveniently located to small charming towns, craft breweries, lakes, and other outdoor activities, etc.

Inside, you'll walk into a small great room with cathedral ceilings, a full chef's kitchen, and all the comforts of home. There's a 12x18 sq ft loft, a full bathroom with tub, and a queen size bedroom. Best of all, there are breathtaking views from every window. Outside, you'll find a large spacious 470 sq ft partially covered deck with outdoor furniture and stunning views of Fontana Lake and the GSMNP.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
