Korthi is an old village, with many dining choices, picturesque beaches and countless ancient hiking footpaths nearby.

It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Beautiful accommodation in the capital of Andros provides two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a magnificent view of the endless blue. The house is located in the old town of Chora and right behind the main Pedestrian Street with all the shops and museums that are just a few minutes away. The bus station is only 7 minutes away. The view of the accommodation on the blue-green waters of Agia Thalassini, is in itself enough to make your stay on the island unique.

Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

Ευρύχωρο σπίτι 97τμ φιλοξενίας 6 ατόμων στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα την παραλία της Χώρας καθώς και τα καταπράσινα χωριά. Περιλαμβάνει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας τραπεζαρίας με καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για αξέχαστες διακοπές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας ενώ βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Χώρας μόλις λίγα λεπτά από τις δύο παραλίες καθώς και από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της Άνδρου.

Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

It is reached after a 5' minutes walk from the municipal road / parking area, through a traditional stone pathway.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
