Just 15mi away from Gavrio Port -the main access point from Athens, Rafina, and the surrounding islands- it is situated in the most advantageous location. Along with the proximity to the facilities and amenities of Batsi, it is set on the beachfront, thus making the most of the breathtaking views to the scenic bay of Batsi and definitely the most spellbinding sunsets you have ever seen!

Villa Thimari is located on the north-west side of Andros, the northernmost of the Cycladic islands, not far from Athens on the mainland. This recently-restored old stone farmhouse stands on the hillside where the village of Agios Petros nestles, only 6 km from the nearest beaches of Agios Petros. There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.
