Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is less than an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Relax in this spacious, serene space, surrounded by nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck. Perfect for a get-away, visiting your college student at Houghton University (walking distance), hiking in Letchworth State Park, antiquing in Angelica or Cuba. In the well appointed and stocked kitchen you will be greeted by homemade bread, coffee, fruit, and breakfast essentials. This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.
