We're near the Alpine National Park in a ruggedly beautiful part of the High Country. There is no TV, and mobile reception is patchy or non existent. However with fishing, walking & cycling opportunities galore, you'll want to ditch your phone and immerse yourself in nature. There is no electricity in the log hut!

Nestled in between Mount Hotham 30km away where you will find great hiking, 4wd tracks and Omeo 20km away where you will find an historical township that offers fishing and newly built mountain bike trails.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
