The entire ground floor of our double story house is fully sealed from our upstairs permanent residence. 5 minute walk to beach and FAIRHAVEN SLSC. Beautiful bush and beach walks. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Offering the perfect getaway for those who wish to just relax and unwind in the Cabin and its native surrounds or if you have come to explore the wonders of the Great Ocean Road then you can do so from your back door step, with an easy stroll up to the Cliff Top Walk to watch the sunrise over the sea or to just take in the breathtaking views.

Hit the beach or town centre in a 4 minute drive from this quiet, cosy studio. Hear the birds singing as you wake to your breakfast basket provided on arrival. Locally sourced produce includes Adelia muesli, sourdough, LardAss butter, sparkling water, juice, milk and jam. The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
