A beautiful and bright 1st floor apartment within Clifton Villa , one of the best guest houses in Llandudno that combines the best of limited self-contained facilities and guest house hospitality and comfort. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchenette as well as a full sized fridge with ice box and coffee pod machine allowing you to safely enjoy your holiday. Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast and mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, with large windows and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Storage room is available for bikes. the room is offered room only, with a coffee shop, Traditional bar and games room. Starting from the property you take numerous walks and have mountain bike trails and salmon fishing on your doorstep.

Enjoy easy access to the beach and promenade a 2 minute walk away, 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Colwyn Bay or Rhos-on-Sea with popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a 5 minute drive or a minibus ride from the train station. We are based on a quiet road and a sea view from the garden.
