The 373 sqm private property includes a 1-bedroom villa with 2 toilet & bath, adult infinity pool, lounge bubble pool, 2-car garage, patio, tropical garden, outdoor dining, outdoor shower. Built March of 2022, Balai Urunjing has appealing architectural design and charming interiors. The balinese pool has natural green sukabumi stones imported from Indonesia.
