It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
