It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

Villa Carla je preko 100 let stara kamnita istrska hiša z udobjem sedanjega časa. Nahaja se na mirni lokaciji, v naravi ob vinogradu, le 5km od mesta Koper. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

The accommodation is part of our family-run tourist farm, "Pod staro figo / Under the Old Fig Tree." Located in the authentic village of Gažon, the house sits on a scenic hilltop overlooking the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. Because the village has only a few tourist capacities, it has preserved its peaceful, local character.

Naše prijetno stanovanje je le 15 minut hoje od plaže in središča Ankarana (tam najdete trgovino z živili, bankomat, lekarno in odlične restavracije) in je idealno za pare, prijatelje, avanturiste in družine z otroci. Naši gostje radi uživajo v miru na neposredno dostopnem vrtu, kjer je prostor za prehranjevanje, peko na žaru in sončenje v popolni zasebnosti.
