Come relax and have some fun with everything Canyon point resort has to offer! This private all-season cottage is only a 3-minute walk to falls lake. You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

The second has its own bedroom, bathroom, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker, bathroom, plus a private deck. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it is actually Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse/mid modern style with all white walls. Large windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. We recently renovated our kitchen. The cottage is remote, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The place is heated by a heat pump with additional base board heaters when needed. The cottage is a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
