When venturing out you are 20 mins to Magen’s Bay Beach, 15 mins to Town, 30 mins to Red Hook. Note: The hosts live on property with 2 dogs and this cottage is adult only 18 or older.

Come enjoy our executive studio apartment located in the private, gated Isla Vista Estate, a premier St Thomas Legacy Property that was a former Governor's home. It is located above the Marriot and is convenient to town and beaches. The studio features a private deck with gas grill, queen bed, convertible chair/bed for an additional guest (2 adults 1 child max). The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge and microwave. The studio has been recently renovated with new furnishings.

You can also just relax on the beach, swim, or snorkel with some of the sea turtles and marine life that hangout just offshore. There are also golf carts available for rent for exploring Water Island.
