Trendy B&B just off the Amstel River and on the edge of the center of town. The B&B is located in the popular Weesperzijde area, just steps away from the Amstel Hotel and Royal Theatre Carré. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of cafes & restaurants including the hip and happening Café Restaurant De Ysbreker, the Breakfast Club, Café Loetje and Bagels & Beans. There are several new and old museums to choose from in walking distance such as the Contemporary Museum of Art (Stedelijk museum), H’ART Museum (Hermitage) and Artis Zoo. Tram and metro are just around the corner and will get you to the hart of the city within minutes, such as the lovely Jordaan (Soho of Amsterdam) and also very convenient for Schiphol Airport and the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre. The B&B is in a traditional eighteenth century Amsterdam brownstone, it has a private entrance and features a luxurious private bathroom. In addition, the room has a luxurious king size box spring, a built-in flat screen TV, modern furniture including Nespresso machine and kettle for your use, a large wardrobe for luggage, clothes etc and free WIFI. On request we can place a cot in the room. Breakfast is excluded but nearby there are many nice places where you can go to enjoy a delicious breakfast. As a young family we enjoy sharing our experiences in the trendy yet cozy city of Amsterdam. We can give you some great insider tips for unique local restaurants and clubs for a great night on the town.

This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
