Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

If you wish to write, paint, live...come to the fairytale old village of Kato Mixorouma, and stay in a stone-built cottage in a garden flooded with flowers and trees on the bank of the river full of ducks and geese, and let the singing of the birds and the splashing of the river rock you to sleep and calm you. The property contains two small cottages, and this listing is 35 sq m in a 1500 sq m yard, which also has a large bbq. Great Internet Speeds and TV included (beginning September 2024!).

Ο χώρος μου είναι μέσα στην φύση, βρίσκεται κοντά στις γραφικές παραλίες της Νότιας Κρήτης (Πλακιάς Πρέβελη, Αγιος Παύλος, Αγία Γαλήνη, Μάταλα κτλ). Δίπλα από την εξωτερική είσοδο υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου προς Ρέθυμνο, προς Σπήλι και Αγία Γαλήνη. Ο χώρος προσφέρει άνετο περιβάλλον και είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρι, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, οικογένεια με ένα παιδί. Η ταράτσα και το μπάρμπεκιου είναι τα σημεία που έχουν κοινή χρήση με το διπλανό σπίτι

Στο σπίτι που δημιουργήσαμε με πολλή αγάπη και μεράκι για εσάς θα μπορέσετε να ζήσετε την απόλυτη θεά στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος μια θεά που σας ταξιδεύει και σας χαλαρώνει , αλλά και την βραβευμένη, παραμυθένια θάλασσα μας με τα καταγάλανα νερά , που απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το σπίτι....

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.
