Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Milias Loft, in the heart of Symi

Στην καρδιά της Σύμης μπροστά ακριβώς από τη θάλασσα, το MILIAS LOFT, ένας ενιαίος χώρος 97 τμ πλήρως ανακαινισμένος, στον Α΄ όροφο ενός κτιρίου του 19ου αιώνα δεσπόζει στο λιμάνι και προσφέρει σύγχρονες ανέσεις και ομορφιά. Από το MILIAS LOFT, με με τα πόδια σε 2-3 λεπτά μπορείτε να φθάσετε παντού: Σε εστιατόρια, μπαρ, μαγαζιά αλλά και στις βάρκες που κάνουν δρομολόγια για τις παραλίες του νησιού ενώ σε 15 λεπτά φθάνετε σε όμορφη παραλία για μπάνιο, ηλιοθεραπεία και θαλάσσια σπορ.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί, καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του νησιού. Ακριβώς δίπλα σας υπάρχει Super Market, καφετέρια, στάση για λεωφορείο και ταξί. Σε απόσταση 60 μέτρων θα συναντήσετε το δημόσιο parking, το κέντρο υγείας και την παιδική χαρά. Στα 150 μέτρα υπάρχουν ακόμα 2 Super Market, 2 φούρνοι και κρεοπωλείο. Επίσης, σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε στην πλατεία του Χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφενεία και τα εστιατόρια.

Ampio appartamento Con vista mare riempirà i vostri occhi di blu infinito, situato nella zona Pitini l’appartamento dista meno di 500 metri dal porto. É dotato di tutti i comfort, ottimo sia per una famiglia che per un gruppo di amici. Con cinque posti letto, è composto da: una cucina, un bagno con doccia, due camere da letto due ampi terrazzi di cui uno con vista sul mare. L'host fa parte di una famiglia di marinai di antica tradizione la cui parola d'ordine è "ospitalità".

Kali Strata Studio in Symi

Enjoy a unique stay at this centrally-located guest apartment on the historic Kali Strata. Kali Strata Studio is on the ground floor of a thoughtfully restored neoclassical 19th century house that most likely belonged to a prosperous merchant. This beautifully designed studio apartment was recently renovated in 2022 preserving the original features of the space, but also incorporating stylishly updated and comfortable conveniences.

SeaMe I

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Doukissa's House I -Symi - Σπίτι με θέα τη θάλασσα

Doukissas's house is a renovated house located in the center of Symi (Gialos). Due to its location, you have easy and quick access to everything you need during your stay. Near you you will find all the shops, restaurants, cafes, mini markets and the port. The view from the balcony is magnificent as you have Gialo in front of you.

Beautiful new apartments located at the scenic harbour of Symi which offers an excellent starting point for your exploration of the island.
