“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

Exclusive Summer Villa In Symi

This elegant two-storey historical villa has been renovated with respect to preserving all of its architectural elements and hand painted ceiling. Located in the prestigious area of Piton, overlooking the harbour and with direct access to a road for those who want to avoid the steps of Symi. The front courtyard welcomes you with a lavish garden that is unusual for the island, shaded by trees. The house has a large master bedroom, a triple smaller bedroom and another on the upper floor.

Villa Kastrouna (140 m²) is a peaceful retreat in Chorio, Symi, blending Aegean tradition with modern comfort. It offers 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa double-bed, TV and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. Outside, enjoy a private garden with a powerful jacuzzi for 6, BBQ, dining area, and terrace with stunning sea views. Just steps from cafés, taverns, and the historic Kali Strata it’s ideal for couples, families, or friends.

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

Yalitzi homey apartment

Air conditioned, easily accessible, ideal for families with children. It has an equipped kitchen, with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people, a comfortable living room with 1 sofa that can be converted into double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with a lovely double bed, an open closet and a toilet with a mirror. The house has free WiFi, a smart TV with Youtube access or the ability to connect to your Netflix account.

The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.

Dora Mare | Thalia

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room with a sofa bed which is also the dining room and kitchen. In that area is also the bathroom. Next room, is the master bedroom. The gem of the house is the shaded balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
