Είναι μία παραδοσιακή κατοικία 80 τ.μ με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα εκ των οποίων έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και το άλλο δύο μονά. Στο χώρο επίσης υπάρχει μία μεγάλη τουαλέτα με τζουζιέρα και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθώς και ένα άνετο καθιστικό με δύο καναπέδες και τηλεόραση. Όλα τα δωμάτια περιέχουν κλιματιστικά.
