I welcome you to experience luxurious living of a bygone era in an historic home surrounded by tranquil lawns and gardens on 3 acres with stunning views of the hills and valleys. With such space, your well controlled pet is also welcome either on the verandas or attached to a high metal wire run. For a larger dog that roams this property is not suitable. This property once housed Alexander Kerensky a Russian Prime Minister after the 1917 Revolution who paced your very verandah!

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.
