The apartment is unique from an architectural point of view: its charming wooden beams are exposed throughout the house. Upon request, an additional bed will be placed in the master bedroom.

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.
