If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.

One of the condo’s most exquisite elements is the view from the living room that includes a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom with a high table and bar stools. This unit includes upgraded floors & appliances. The unit can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the Master, 2 double beds in second bedroom and a Sofa in the living room that doubles as a queen bed. Rental includes 2 beach chairs and Umbrella from March 1 to October 31.

Great Beach condo in “The Club”, directly across from the Gulf/Ocean and beautiful sands. Perfect views and sounds from the two decks. The gulf/ocean is so close you feel like you are in paradise. A great oversized deck off the living and dining rooms. Also, another deck off the master bedroom. Completely remodeled, throughout the condo! Brand new appliances, TVs, vanities, all through the condo. Great pool and hot tub. This will be a vacation to never forget!!!!
