This 1400 sq.ft. town-home was recently updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and lighting throughout. Guests have access to our entire home, plus all common areas of 2 pools, bbq area and beach.

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
