There are 3 queen beds and a twin bed, sleeping 7, plus a twin air mattresses if you want to get cozy. Explore the garden with goldfish & koi ponds, 1100' of creek, 2 waterfalls, & picnic area. Owner lives downstairs. No animals allowed (allergies).

The caboose has its own shower, toilet and kitchenette, a queen bed in the main area & a double bed in the cupola. Attached is a private deck, with grill and a private campfire area next to the caboose.
