Il loft offre una camera matrimoniale e un salotto con divano letto alla francese. Nel quartiere Trieste, vicino a Coppedè e Villa Torlonia, è ben collegato con Metro B Annibaliano e autobus diretti a Termini, centro storico e Villa Borghese.

The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car
