My place has great views. It is close to restaurants, Bay Beaches and is right on a currently closed golf course pending redesign. Tampa Bay area attractions as well as the gulf coast beaches and famous keys are a short drive away. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen and the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all that the area has to offer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. The home was just recently renovated (2016) and is very clean and comfortable.

Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.
