The pond house is available during the week when events aren’t happening, & is located on a quiet farm 10 mins away from the town of Baxley. Complete with a full kitchen, 2 smart TV’s, outdoor sink for cleaning fish, and plenty of space to unwind, you’ll never want to leave!

The public boat ramp is just down the hill. If you prefer relaxing and sinking your toes into the sand, you will have access to the sandbar within the private-gated community (Gate code will be provided) There is also a playground & covered Pavilion. Quiet Country Times

My home is in the countryside on a working farm. I don’t have cows, pigs or pets around. Some of my land is cultivated and the rest is surrounded by pine and oak trees. If you like quietness except for hearing birds singing and an occasional owl hooting then you will love my home. I also have plenty of deer and turkeys roaming around. It is located on a well, maintained dirt road only one half a mile from paved road into town.

Eugenia's Guest House

This precious home is located in a sweet little neighborhood right in the center of the City of Baxley! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. We love this little home and hope you'll consider using it as a home away from home! It is just behind our house, so we are pretty readily available for any questions during your stay.
