The property sits on a plot of land with another home, sharing the driveway. It offers privacy and relaxation after a day of work or sightseeing. It's an excellent starting point for exploring Salento, making short daily trips so you can enjoy a different place every day. Ideal for 2-3 people (a double bed and a fold-out single bed), it features air conditioning, a private bathroom, a large garden with barbecue, bed linens, a coffee machine, microwave, TV, washing machine, alarm system, mosquito nets, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, fenced parking with video surveillance and an automatic gate. The property has its own social media page and is available for short-term rentals (1-2 weeks) from June to September, and daily rentals during the winter.
