It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.

Also, onsite is a shaded common area, picnic tables, fire pit, grills, oversize parking and plenty of shade trees. Our property has two ponds, wildlife, and bird feeders. The Copa Copa Site 1 - RV Space

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Copa Copa is a tropical paradise with only 2 RV sites that overlook the Copano Bay. (RV not included.) Each site is rented individually and has a 75' long concrete slab and their own private wooden deck, septic, water, PK Grill 20/30/50 amp and wi-fi. The common areas are: A spacious yard with a picnic table, dipping pool, mini beach and a 214’ pier over the Copano Bay which is shared (only) with the other RV site.
