Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488

Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.
