This home has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom . Located only 3 miles to Onekama and Bear Lake for fishing, swimming and dining. Lake Michigan beaches are just a 5 minute drive. Marked 1/4 mile private hiking trail for quiet walks with the kids and pets. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, sofa sleeper for extra guests, pin ball game and full kitchen. Wood and marshmallows included for the backyard fire pit with 3 separate outdoor seating areas. Little River Casino is just 8 miles away.

We're located in historic downtown Traverse City's Boardman neighborhood. It's a lovely tree-lined street walk to shopping, dining, & fun at the beach. We're also right next to the Boardman Lake Trail loop. So bring your bikes, bring your kayaks! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Generous indoor/outdoor living spaces, including a huge 3 season sunroom, three bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. Fish, tube, and swim in the creek by day and roast marshmallows in the fire pit at night. Rural setting with good proximity to many Up North destinations including beaches, skiing, hiking and charming small towns.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.
