A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Rusti Garden B&B

Rusti Garden B&B is situated in the King Valley set amongst beautiful secluded gardens. The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Sit back and relax by the fire, enjoy a spa or take a stroll around 5 acres of beautiful gardens and enjoy all the wildlife. Rusti Garden B&B is only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Lake William Hovell or half hour drive will get you to see Paradise Falls or Powers Lookout.

Located in the township of Mansfield The Stables is surrounded by beautiful gardens for you to sit back and relax in. Only a short walk to the heart of town for you to indulge at the local cafes and shops. Whether you're visiting to relax or get out to explore the region this location will have you enjoying everything the high country has to offer all year round.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation is the perfect base for groups and families to escape to the King Valley and stay in luxurious comfort. Built in 2017, Falls cottage has a modern beautiful kitchen and large comfortable dining and living space. Falls cottage is located in the heart of Whitfield, walking distance to the Mountain view hotel, Hobbledehoy cafe and Dal zotto wines. Wineries, local produce and dining options are all a close drive away.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.
