Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

The stunning apartment is located in one of the most sunny parts of Madeira .Villa to Pombal is a two floor building ,that contain two separate apartments. Each apartment have private entrance. It has breathtaking views , allows you to leave all stress behind and enjoy the natural beauty of Madeira. Excellent place to rest with easy access to many tourists attractions. Apartment is located 5 min. drive to sandy Calheta beach. 25 fountain walk begin is about 10min. drive from apartment.

Located in Calheta this refuge is ideal for lovers of hiking, with an excellent view of the ocean, you can go 5 minutes walk to the starting point of the levada where you have two options east and west. You can go in 12 minutes by car the levadas of 25 Fontes one of the most beautiful and lovely levadas sought by the walkers. It is also 10 minutes from the beach of Calheta where you can find all that orecisa for your stay, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc ...

House with superb sun exposure, peaceful and stunning views over the sea and the mountain. Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom, a social toilet, open space with kitchen / living and dining room, furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue and mini-pool complete your well-being.

A 2 bedroom villa located in Arco da Calheta. the property has 2 modern style bedrooms, 2 and a half luxurious modern bathrooms,outdoor shower ,new modern kitchen, living room, etc... The property has just been renovated,modern decorated with high quality furniture which is extremely comfortable. The villa also includes cable ,Satellite TV and internet. This is an AL (local accommodation) studio, with about 36m2, modern, integrated in a centenary stone house – designated Casa Mãe – with a magnificent view to the Atlantic Ocean.
