Spacious one bedroom luxury guesthouse suitable for 2 guests, peaceful quiet area just outside Blackwater village, near to Ballyconnigar beach & less than a 10 minute walk to local village with "The Recovery yard" offering a sauna & plunge pool which can be booked online. Blackwater village also hosts a newly renovated & recently opened restaurant/pub, an Asian takeaway, Linda’s chipper, Blackwater coffee company, two pubs & a spar supermarket. The Ravenport hotel is also just a 10 minute drive.

Crannog. Home from Home, Wexford

Crannog, is ideal for families. We are located in Ardcavan a short walk from Wexford town, we are available to families and discreet groups NOT parties. Crannog is a private property, therefore guests will have a private house and beautiful gardens. As we are also living next door. It is a requirement for noise to cease at 10pm. John and Trisha have two dogs in the house next door with separate gardens. We expect noise to cease at 10pm and no loud music at all. We have got neighbours close by.

Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Approximately 20 minute drive to the beautiful Curracloe beach and Raven's Nest Trail, Rosslare Harbour, Kilmore Quay and many other scenic attractions. Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms.
