Contemporary and modern furnishings in a classic home comfortably appointed to meet your business and travels needs. If you smoke or vape cigarettes, marijuana, or CBD, we are not a good fit.

Enjoy this unique and tranquil hideaway tucked in the rear of our property in the historic Woodlake neighborhood of North Sacramento. Marvel at the greenery and canopy of our backyard garden from the guesthouse porch or relax on your own private patio under shade trees. You will have everything you need in the guest house including clean sheets, covers, towels and pillow cases and it has a full kitchen that we have stocked with basics. The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
