Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Toad Hollow Guest Suite

Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Remodeled home with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's located on a friendly street. Easy access to HWY 50, I-80 and 99 freeway. Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, countertop range and microwave. Queen size bed with cotton bed liners. Guest control heat and AC. High speed internet and WiFi. Full bathroom, hair dryer, coffee maker. Smart TV may be used to access apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Nick, Showtime, and etc.

Large Comfy Cottage- Close to Downtown

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. The place is clean and bright, accented with local hand crafted pieces. 01829P
