Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Large 200sqm of space including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen facilities, tv, dining room and study zone area all with polished concrete floors. Deep soak bath tub. Entry is via a steep external staircase with a private entry terrace. Not suitable for children under 12, or people who find stairs difficult.
