The Old Vicarage NI B&B is a family run B&B on the East Coast of the the Ards Peninsula, Northern Ireland (NI). We are directly on the Irish seafront providing stunning views from your bedroom. There is ample safe off-road parking within our grounds. Dog are welcome but not within the house. We have good safe secure kennelling within our farmyard. We will personally welcome all our guests with a cup of tea/coffee in the guest lounge. All our rooms are equipped with Tea/coffee making facilities.

I am in a lovely leafy area, where you will get a warm welcome, a very good breakfast and lots of advice or pointers on interesting local arts and cultural pursuits or just come and enjoy our lovely country. NOW SERVING EXTENSIVE VEGAN BREAKFAST!! Fresh dates, apricots, cranberries, Dorset cereals, wide range of fruits including fresh raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, soya products and any requests I can fulfill! My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, the city centre The Botanic Gardens is only two minutes walk and Ulster Museum, River lagan only 5 minutes walk. My place is close to theatres and cinemas and close to vibrant Botanic Avenue.. You’ll love because of it has high ceilings and spacious bedroom. The Kitchen is spacious and has all basic facilities. My place is good for solo adventurers, students, tourists and business travellers.
