Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.

Sea Glass has a fully fenced and paved garden that backs on to 16 acres of The Commons for fantastic, easy walks along the sea shore. There is also a children's play park. Donaghadee's town centre is a few minutes' walk away and has a choice of dog-friendly coffee shops, pubs and restaurants and another children's play park along with amazing ice-cream shops!
