Our place is a warm, cosy and homely apartment which is great for families and kids. It offers a wonderful respite to let you recharge your batteries on your holidays. It's located in a calm & quiet area in the middle of Medulin, and is close to shops (250 m), restaurants and the sea (10' walking to the sandy beach) as well as beautiful promenade by the marina lined with shops and restaurants. There are other great entertainment options quite close including a family fun park and sports grounds.

Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn/Essbereich, eine top ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder,Klimaanlage, W-Lan sowie einer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Außerdem befinden sich im gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Garten Sonnenliegen und ein Grill. Ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Beautiful sea View from three teraces!!

This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

For apartment Mint 2+1 one private parking place in our yard is at your disposal (for an average sized car). There is also public parking on the street for free. A bus stop is 100m away. Roman Catholic Church Sv. Agnese is few steps from the apartments. Post office, cafe, bakery, restaurants, friseur are 200m distant. Bijeca sandy beach is 1,1 km from the apartments.

An ideal location for families and active people. 2 min by car to the exit of the town, gas station is near the apartment, as well as shops and excellent restaurants. Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
